Improper lifestyle to Diseases

During the month of July we celebrate the Month of Nutrition. The theme for this school year is ''Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle disease Iwasan''.
The theme means we need right nutrition and prevent lifestyle diseases. In order to have the right nutrition, we should sustain our body an enough nutritious food. We should have enough rest so that we will not be stressed. Afte doing our daily task, we shuold give ourselves a break. We should also maintain a healthy balanced diet and should drink plenty of water or atleast 8 glasses a day. Inorder that lifestyle diseases can be prevented, we should eliminate our habits that may cause bad to our health. We should avoid sleeping late at night. Avoid also eating junk foodand drinking carbonate drinksbecause this may lead toany serious diseases. Streat foods should be avoided too, because we are not sure ifthese foods were preparein clean surrounding. We shuold also avoid drinking liqour and smoking because this may cause lung diseasesas well as liver cancer. We should take care of ourselves by practising proper hygiene and avoiding the crowd
Taking care of ourselves and avoiding bad habits may lead us in good condition. The habits stated above may cause us longer life span.
